Elaine Hendrick has over 25 years experience in the not-for-profit, government and non-government sectors in Australia and Singapore.

Through her training, coaching and consulting services, Elaine brings a shift in thinking within organisations - from a concentration on outputs to a broader focus including the achievement and reporting of client-related outcomes.

Using the ideas of Results-Based AccountabilityTM (RBA), Program Theory and Evaluation - Elaine supports community sector organisations, charities, social enterprises and local government agencies to ask and respond to the question - 'Are we making a difference to the people and communities we work with?'. Elaine assists organisations to embed an outcomes-focused thinking at all levels to provide clarity of purpose and clarity of accountability.
